Shipping
All shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable. The only exception is if the order is being shipped to a soldier deployed overseas with the designated Belleville address at which point there is no charge for shipping.
Returns
If you have a product that you would like to return or exchange, please contact us before you ship it. (service@fullspectrumgear.ca) A RMA# must be issued in order for the return to be accepted. Shipping charges are the customers responsibility. All items being returned must be in new and resell-able condition. Also, please note, if the item you purchased is not one of our regularly stocked items and originally needed to be special ordered in for you, a 20% restocking fee will be charged should you choose to return it.
Defective Items
If you have a possible defect, please email us pictures and any pertinent information. (service@fullspectrumgear.ca) Do not send back the product until we have been in touch with you with instructions on how to proceed.
