Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All shipping charges will be at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.  The only exception is if the order is being shipped to a soldier deployed overseas with the designated Belleville address at which point there is no charge for shipping.

Returns

If you have a product that you would like to return or exchange, please contact us before you ship it. (service@fullspectrumgear.ca)  A RMA# must be issued in order for the return to be accepted.  Shipping charges are the customers responsibility.  All items being returned must be in new and resellable condition.  Also, please note, if the item you purchased is not one of our regularly stocked items and originally needed to be special ordered in for you, a 20% restocking fee will be charged should you choose to return it. 

Defective Items

If you have a possible defect, please email us pictures and any pertenant information. (service@fullspectrumgear.ca) Do not send back the product until we have been in touch with you with instructions on how to proceed.
